Pal and Maggie, had run ahead long before I moved to PA, but Bossco, Shasta, Sam, and Emily (my CAG), made the move from CA to PA with me in 2000. Boss lived to be 13yrs. While we never did figure out what caused Shasta's (cat), hot spots, after I put everyone on a Species Appropriate Raw diet, they cleared up and NEVER came back.
The current crew is Saoirsa (sueshaw) an adopted mix of Plott Hound, Chow, Boxer, Australian Cattle Dog, and way back Lab. Katie-Catrina-Fluffybottom (a Maine coon), Ruger an orange DSH and, of course, Emily-Bird the 25 yr old CAG.
