Yes i took my small pom to riverside vet and i ask if they take payments on surgeries and they told me to fill out pet care amd then i could pay them back but i am on fixed income and my little pom needs 3 jernia surgeries and spayed she only weighs 3 pounds and nearly a year old please help with her surgery if there is a way i can make payments thank you
