Dr. Fouts is a 2013 graduate from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Fouts attended one year of Clinical rotations at Kansas State School of Veterinary Medicine, with an emphasis of Small and Large animal Medicine. Dr. Fouts is a native of the Fort Smith area and worked as a Veterinary Assistant for nearly 6 years before leaving to attend Veterinary School.
