Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Sarah Hantz spent her childhood in Fayetteville. Her family moved to Seattle, Washington when she was in junior high school. She received her BS in Biology from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. She then moved to San Francisco, California where she worked at a biotechnology company for five years before attending veterinary school at the University of California at Davis. After veterinary school, she completed a rotating small animal internal medicine and surgery internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City. She moved back to Fayetteville in 2008. She recently earned her credentials as a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner through the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She lives in Fayetteville with her husband Matthew and their three dogs:Molly (a Pug), Shizzle (a Chihuahua mix) and Pickle (a Labrador mix). Dr. Hantz spends her free time jogging, cooking, exploring the outdoors and quilting.
