Veterinarian Overview
Growing up in a Cleveland, Ohio, all of my neighbors knew which door to knock on when an animal issue came up. Whether it was rounding up animals to bring to the vet, an emergent pet-sitting need and even trapping and releasing the raccoon that made its home under the deck - it seemed no job was too big. As time passed, I realized that a career didnt have to be a drag if I always did something that I loved. I have never looked back. One of the little secrets about our profession is the bond that develops with the pets and the owners. My career can be a wild ride of experiences and emotions, but at the end of the day, I frequently find myself grinning because our team has helped the lives of our patients. Two aspects of my profession come to the top of my mind when people ask what I like best about my job - cases that are particularly challenging and require research and learning, and the relationships that I have developed during my years of practicing. During my spare time I enjoy spending QT with the family, traveling, photography and sports. Our family has a goal to visit one new national park every year. Sunday nights at the Ware house mostly involves a mass of people, pets and pizza squished on the couch watching a movie.
