He put our dog down WITHOUT any anesthetics...(just shot her in the neck)....and Doctor would NOT allow us to see her before or while doing this procedure....and when I heard her YELP I went in...and she was gone!!!! Blood under her neck. I would NEVER take ANY animal to Dr. Legge EVER!!!
