Dr. Gayle Bilsland falsified information on a written medical report. She also gave false and misleading information to another Veterinarian over the phone. This information is both false and slanderous. I reached out to Dr Bilsland as well as PhoenixDog, Cat, Bird Hospital in a professional manner to give Dr. Bilsland an opportunity to redact her report before sending it to the Arizona State Veterinary Medical Examiner Board and Arizona Ombudsman with my complaint. Phoenix Dog,Cat,Bird hospital sent me an email stating that Dr. Bilsland would not be redact her report. I have substantical evidence that Dr. Bilsland has falsified medical report and will be filing complaints. There are not enough words in the English language to describe my shock that a Doctor/Vet would lie and falsify information on a medical report. I highly suggest that anyone seeing Dr. Bilsland retain all documents, including audio recordings of visits. This Doctor and Animal hospital are unprofessional, deceitful. Beware.
