Phoenix Dog, Cat, Bird is completely unprofessional in both their service as well as their treatment of clients. I have had several appointments that were miscommunicated, mismanaged. Dr. Bilsland falsified information on a medical report and the company did nothing to try to resolve the issue. I have attempted to create a resolution in my issue with absolutely no receptivity from the company. I will now be filing a complaint with AZ State Veterinary Medical Examiners Board as well as AZ Ombudman. There are not enough words int eh English language to describe the unprofessional, criminal activity in this hospital. Beware.
