Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Ratliff was born and raised in Bakersfield, where she attended Edison School and graduated from Foothill High School in 1970. She went on to Cal State Bakersfield and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 1974. From there she went to UC Davis from which she graduated in 1978 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
