Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Parsley received undergraduate degrees in Avian Sciences and English at UC Davis. She went on to work with wildlife, banding and tracking birds ranging from eastern songbirds to threatened Spotted Owls. Missing medicine, she returned to school to earn a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from UC DavisÂ’ School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Parsley grew up in Berkeley and happily returned to the Bay Area after graduating. Dr. Parsley loves dog and cat general surgery, and has a special interest in rabbit and small rodent medicine. In her free time Dr. Parsley enjoys gardening, bird watching, reading novels, and hiking along the coast. She currently resides in Oakland with her wiener pup Monty, three chickens, and an aquarium.
