Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Rob Yelland is a 1969 graduate of the School of Veterinary Medicine, University of California, Davis. After graduation, he served a 2-year stint in the Army Veterinary Corps. He has been a small animal practitioner in the East Bay since 1971. In the late 1980s he became progressively more interested in pet dentistry and began a mentorship with Dr. Michael Floyd in Albany. In the early 90s he began a more formal mentor-based residency under the auspices of the American Veterinary Dental College.This program gave him many of the skills necessary to perform advanced dental procedures.
