Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Mike Ontiveros joined our professional staff in 1997. Dr. Ontiveros grew up in La Habra Heights, California and attended veterinary school at Washington State University. After veterinary school Mike was selected for a rigorous internship program at a large specialty hospital in Santa Cruz, California. In 2001 Dr. Ontiveros became an owner of Estrella Veterinary Hospital. He dedicates his life to the wellbeing of all pets; however Dr. Mike does have a special place in his heart for senior pets. If your dog or cat is over 7 years old, ask Dr. Mike to develop a lifestyle plan to help your senior pet live a healthy and comfortable life.
