Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Brickson graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. While her first love was equine medicine, she made the transition to dogs and cats over a decade ago. She came to Citrus Heights Pet Hospital in the summer of 2007 and became the practice owner along with her husband, Eric, in the summer of 2010. She is a member of the AVMA, CVMA, and AAEP, as well as a board member of Puppy Love Rescue. Dr. and Mr. Brickson have two sons, and a daughter. Dr. Bricksons outside interests include spending time with family, singing, working out at the gym, and playing with her two mixed-breed dogs and two horses.
