Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Budd Arnott is a third generation San Franciscan and grew up on the San Francisco Peninsula. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 1976 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1980 from the University of California at Davis. He practiced in San Lorenzo for many years before settling in Danville in 1996. He has worked with several wildlife rescue groups and has a special interest in geriatric medicine. His wife, Anna Marie, another UC Davis grad, keeps the books for Oak Tree. She enjoys gardening and cooking. Their son, Nick, resides in Berkley teaching rock climbing to young people for the group Outward Bound. Nick has also continued teaching and tutoring Japanese to people of all ages. Their daughter, Suzanne, has started her surgical residency at George Washington University Hospital. Budd and Anna Marie lost their beloved Heidi, Maverick, Cali and Maddie recently, but have added a crazy young German Short Hair, Scout, to their family of 1 other dog, Lola, and a pond full of Koi.
