Veterinarian Overview
Carlisle Rand graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006. After vet school, she completed a yearlong internship at Peninsula Equine Medical Center in Menlo Park before moving to San Diego with her husband. She joined ECLAP in early 2008. Her professional interests include internal medicine (especially caring for foals and geriatric horses) as well as lameness. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, son Nathaniel (who was born on Halloween 2012) and their black Lab Guinness.
