Veterinarian Overview
"Coming to Broadway Animal Hospital gives me the opportunity to utilize skills that are linked to my particular areas of interest in veterinary medicine." Dr. Tavares graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a VMD in 2001. She worked in Western Washington after graduation, and recently moved to Humboldt County with her husband, two dogs and three cats. She enjoys working with exotics, as well as doing wildlife medicine. She has particular interests in internal medicine, surgery and pain management.
