Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Shrija Desai was born and raised here in Fremont, California. Her love and compassion for animals also began with her family Golden Retriever, Missy. She received a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences with a focus on pre-veterinary medicine and a minor in chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from St. George?s University after completing her clinical rotations at the University of Georgia. In her career thus far, she has worked mostly with dogs and cats, but has also treated exotics and pocket pets, including the collection at the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park!
