Dr. Kechen Chang has a Masters in Veterinary Pathology and Ph.D. in Veterinary Diagnostic Medicine and is the owner of Sea Gate Veterinary Hospital since 1987. He continues his education each year by going above and beyond the minimum state requirements for certification, so that he and his highly trained staff can provide your pet with the very best health care programs and treatments available. Our mission is to be an advocate for each pet by expressing the pets needs and providing the owner with the best quality veterinary care. We believe that thorough exams and health evaluations will give us the best information in determining the proper care and treatment of your pet. We also give the owner as much information as possible about their pet's condition and treatment programs available to ensure a faster recovery time and better overall health.
