Veterinarian Overview
Born in Norfolk VA into a Navy family, Doctor Kim Osborne graduated from Coronado High in 1976 before going to prevet at Illinois State. She graduated from the University of Illinois Veterinary College, immediately returning to California where she has been practicing as a small animal veterinarian ever since. Dr Osborne has volunteered for various wildlife rescues, from Wildlife Rescue to Possum Rescue. She joined the staff in 1996 and in 2004 bought Imperial Beach Pet Hospital from Dr McCoy becoming Hospital Director. He companion and ruler of the house is now George, a Westie mix rescue from Chula Vista Animal Care Facility.
