Veterinarian Overview
Dr Hannah Hsu joined our team full-time in January of 2015. Dr. Hsu was born in Taiwan. As a teen, her family moved to New Zealand. She graduated high school from St. Margaret's College in Christchurch, New Zealand. In 2000, she came to the USA for her Animal Science undergraduate study at University of California, Davis and earned her DVM degree in 2009 from University of Missouri, Columbia. Shortly afterwards, Dr. Hsu completed a 1-year internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery in Southern Florida, then moved to the sunny Southern California. She is interested in diagnostic imaging, acupuncture and herbal medicine as complementary therapy to conventional medicine.During her free time, she likes to go backpacking, rock climbing and taking photographs. She also likes more sedentary activities including playing the Chinese instrument, Erhu and attending continuing education meetings to further advance her knowledge so she can better educate clients and provide customized healthcare to pets.
