Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Phelps is a 1981 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. After completing veterinary school, she returned to her home state of California to pursue her career as a veterinarian. Dr. Phelps and her husband, also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, owned a practice in Orange County for 20 years. She and her husband live in Tustin with 2 elderly cats and 2 small dogs. Their son received his Masters Degree in Nano Engineering from UC San Diego and is currently working in Boston. Dr. Phelps has worked at several hospitals in Orange County over the past 35 years. She shares Lake Forest Animal Clinics commitment to high quality veterinary care
for pets and their people. She enjoys helping people manage their pets medical conditions with knowledge and compassion.
