Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Hanken was born and raised in Los Altos. She then moved to the Pacific Northwest, where she completed her undergraduate degree, worked as a veterinary technician and studied for her doctorate degree in veterinary medicine. Megan is thrilled to be back in the Bay Area, where she lives with her husband, Jeremy, and their children, Emily and Max. They have two elderly pets- an ever mischievous beagle, and an affectionate cat Maynard. Most often, Megan can be found staying active outdoors, cooking with her family, at the park, or helping out with the school. Her hobbies include hiking, biking, camping, boating, snowboarding, and visiting new places.
