Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Wise graduated from Mariposa County High School in 1980 and went to Fresno State to earn her Bachelor degree in Zoology with a minor in Chemistry. She then went to UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1989.Eileen started her career in Mariposa and then moved to Alaska to live The Great Northern Adventure. She worked in Wasilla, Alaska at another All Creatures and came back to Mariposa to deliver twin sons, Lonnie and Jamie, and start their new life here. Now back home, she worked part time at various vet hospitals and emergency facilities and eventually started her own business in 1995 out of her home. All Creatures evolved from large animal field service, small animal and equine emergency care, to a mixed practice that mainly serves small animals. Her love of horses takes her far fast on her favorite Arabian gelding, Ace. Other hobbies include playing fiddle, carriage driving, sewing, gardening and hanging out with her husband, David Wise (owner of Natural Environments). Her pets at the momnt include Bling (lab X), Kirby (lab X), Hotshot Kitty (cat), Pigpen (cat), Chloe (cat), Ace (horse) and Chance and Angel (horses).
