Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Ted Burghardt was born in Denver, Colorado, where he grew up catching snakes and other animals, always curious to learn more about nature. He knew early on that he wanted to become a veterinarian. After graduating from high school Dr. Burghardt moved to San Diego to attend the University of San Diego. He played on the mens NCAA Division I Tennis team for four years, and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry.
