Veterinarian Overview
Valerie Caskey earned a BS in animal science from the University of Maryland College Park before graduating from the University Of Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986. She practiced small animal medicine and surgery for 10 years in Minnesota before moving to California in 1996. Dr. Caskey is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the California Veterinary Medical Association, the San Diego County Veterinary Medical Association, the American Association of Feline Practitioners, the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society, the American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture, and the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association. Dr. Caskey is our Practice Administrator, and her special interests include practice management, internal medicine, feline medicine, and acupuncture.
