Dr Kathy Litochleb opened Pacific Palisades Veterinary Center in July of 1993 with one main goal for her small animal clinic to provide the best possible medical and surgical care to her patients. Over the last 20 years, Dr Litochleb and the staff at P.P.V.C., have prided themselves on tailoring the care of each patient to their individual needs.
