I took my dog at Access Animal Hospital just for a special clinic examination recommended by the Vets where I live (Palm Desert) due to the fact that there was not any Surgeon in that facility Dr. Marlene Townsell recommended Dr Tamara Da Costa Gomez for the surgery ,
The surgery Lucy needed was a very especial surgery and without asking if that Vet had done that kind of surgery I trust or better said Dr Townsell convince me saying that she trust complete, she perform surgery in her own dog, the result my poor Lucy that was my companion since my husband died had to be put to sleep, Lucy was only 4 years old, I'm 91 years old . I went there not for surgery but for an opinion and I do not know what happened to me Dr Townsell push me to do that with long talking,now when I call she does not answer my calls but they took from me $13,638.11 making me sig as soon I left Lucy there. I do not the money back I want my Lucy I already put in dispute the amount if I recuperate the funds will be donate in Lucy's name to Animal Rescue places. Thank you for reading...A broken heart...
