Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Gates is a 1980 graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. She has been the owner of Cordova Veterinary Hospital since 1987. She has a special interest in dentistry, and has been a member of the American Veterinary Dental Society since 1990. Dr. Gates is also active in local and state veterinary associations, having served as president and treasurer of the Sacramento Valley Veterinary Medical Association. She completed the Don Low/CVMA Practitioner Fellowship in Small Animal Internal Medicine at U.C.Davis School of Veterinary Medicine.
