Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Gouda is the owner and main doctor here at Victoria Animal Hospital. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Veterinary Science in 1979 and worked in L.A. for two years. He opened his first animal hospital in 1981 in Ontario, California, followed by our location in Rancho Cucamonga in 1991, where he has remained for over 20 years.
