Veterinarian Overview
Emilie was born and raised in Paris, France. Her passion for animals started at a very early age and she wanted to become a veterinarian as far as she can remember.She graduated from École Nationale Vétérinaire in Nantes, France in 2003 and pursued with an internship in an equine hospital in Normandy. She then practiced veterinary medicine in both small animals and equine practices in France and England.After relocating to California in 2006, she started teaching at the Western University of Health Sciences College of Veterinary Medicine. In the meantime, she followed the options for animals postgraduate program for animal chiropractic and became certified by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA) in 2008.In her free time, she loves to swim, read, cook, spend time with her husband, three children and her dog, take family trips to museums, and travel.
