I started going there 10 years ago, they were well priced, well staffed. took my little doggie there for years, spent thousands of dollars with them. The staff changed a lot over time, but i got to know them, sent them lunches and books. Over time, the prices have gone way up, different vet doctors that were VERY different AND HARSH. Recently it was time for my renewals. I really needed them to help me get my little one to them while I was recovering from serious cardiac issue, because I was with them for such a long time and lived very close by to them, thought that one of the staff...many knew me over the years and could just grab my little one on the way to work, or lunch and help me keep my little one safe. Tried calling Brett who used to help me, would not respond. They made it clear that they would NOT help me in any way and it was my problem. It hurt me a lot. Left me in a very bad way. Trying to recover to get things done, but I was truly amazed at the lack of any sensitivity to this special situation where I relied and trusted them to help me after all these years. Thought they would have real love and care for what they did and what was happening in this special situation-it's now clearly just a commercial moneymaking entity that has no real love and care from the heart for the little babies we love. They left me in their wake and really just want to make their money off of you. Really needed a simple moment of their time and help that was not really out of their way to do. They have really changed, just sent me down the road. It hurts.
