Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Saunders is one of the original founders of Talega Animal Hospital. He graduated from UC Davis in 1985 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. His childhood dream, while working on his fathers farm, was to be a veterinarian. He admires the human-animal bond between his clients and their pets. He especially enjoys surgery, gerontology, nutrition, and behavior. He is proud that we are able to offer assistance to the San Clemente/Dana Point animal shelter. In his spare time he enjoys biking, traveling, riding his ATV, jet skiing, and snow skiing with his family.
