Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Makowski is a native of Buffalo, NY. She earned a B.A. in English Literature from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and spent a year studying at Oxford University in England. She then went onto pursue her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from University College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland. She worked for one year in general practice and emergency medicine in the Adirondack Mountains near Lake Placid, NY and then moved to Boston and worked in general practice for four years
