Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Sam Shenouda received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Cairo University in 1986. He finished his post-graduate training at accredited hospitals in Southern California. He completed courses at Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and is a Member of AVMA and CVMA. Dr. Shenouda has been practicing Veterinary Medicine in Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Signal Hill and Orange County communities since the early 1990s. He is the founder of Loving Vet Care that is based on his personal belief that quality veterinary medicine should be affordable for every pet owner. He is very compassionate when treating all kinds of pets and has even performed bone and hip correction surgeries for rescued pets. His mission is to provide state of the heart veterinary medicine to our neighborhood. Recently, he acquired Sun Surf Veterinary Hospital that was rebuilt and now opened to the public in December 2008. Dr. Shenouda has an adorable family member, a Japanese Chin named Tommy.
