Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Richard Heise was born and raised in the city of Upland, CA. As long as he can remember, he has wanted to be a veterinarian. He grew up with numerous pets including dog, cats, reptiles, rodents, rabbits and fish.After graduating from Upland High School, he attended the University of California, Davis where he received a Bachelors of Science in Wildlife, Fish and Conservation Biology in 1999. The next couple of years were spent doing Wildlife and environmental work in the Sacramento and San Francisco areas.
