Dr. Nancy Matthews is a 1987 graduate of Michigan State University, a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, VIN, The American Association of Feline Practitioners, and is passionate about the practice of quality feline medicineWe designed A Cat's View Veterinary Hospital and A Cat's View Bed and Breakfast for the unique needs of cats and we are an exclusively feline facility. After describing the hospital's main objective: To provide a soothing, comforting, and interesting environment from "the cat's point of view" many times...the name stuck, and we called our hospital "A Cat's View".We are pleased to provide an environment that not only eliminates the stressors of the canine presence, but has many added features to make your cat's visit as pleasant as possible. From in-wall fish tanks that greet your cat and assure her, to pheromones invisibly comforting her, to the catnip, cat toys and feathers that are provided as distractors, she may not really realize that she is at "the vet". We provide complete quality medical care from kitten health plans to geriatric health programs. Some of the services we ofer include: dentistry, surgery, ultrasonography, digital radiology, endoscopy and in house laboratory testing We strive to provide you with one-stop care for your cats needs. Starting with kitten's parasite checks, dewormings, vaccines, and neutering...then dental care, emergency care, adult care, behavioral medical care and counseling, grooming, and eventually senior care including health screens, and ...after a long and loved life, hospice or "paw-spice" services tailored to meet your unique needs. We also have a boarding facility which we call : "A Cat's View Bed and Breakfast", offering alot more than just breakfast, of course! It's the finest in feline boarding comfort featuring a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, with lots of love and attention.
