Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Everett is a native of Maryville, Tennessee. He was raised on a small farm where his family raised everything from horses and cattle to their pet Holstein steer, Jethro. He completed his undergraduate degree in Animal Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He also is a graduate of the Veterinary School at UT. He is married to his wonderful wife, Mandee, and they have 4 children; Ellie, Karson, Landen, and Tate. James spends most of his free time with his family, where he is involved in coaching his sons baseball and football teams. He is an avid college football fan and is partial to the South Eastern Conference (#1 conference in college sports). He has a special interest in calf work, herd health and protocol management, and animal welfare. When hes not at work, you can usually find him working around the house or at the ball-fields.
