Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Dominic To was born in Hong Kong, China and raised in California. He received his BS degree from UCLA in Molecular Cell Development Biology as well as a Masters in Education. He worked as a high school science teacher before he went on to become a veterinarian. He attended Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. To has a special interest in Surgery and has been with Washington Blvd Animal Hospital since 2009. Dr. To has 3 cats of his own; Neon, Zinc and Copper
