Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Nawar was born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in southern California. He graduated college at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a degree in business law. He then went on to attend veterinary school at St. Matthew's University in Grand Cayman with clinical training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. He graduated in 2012, then worked at Banfield in Aliso Viejo, followed by other private practices in Los Angeles until beginning work at Green Valley Veterinary Clinic in December 2015. Dr. Nawar has a particular interest in internal medicine, endocrinopathies and pain management. In his free time, Dr. Nawar enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing basketball and attending services at his church, St. Marina Coptic Orthodox Church in Irvine, Ca.
