Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Alexander Alfaro was born and raised in Beltsville, MD. He received his Bachelors of Science in Biological Life Sciences from the University of Maryland in 2007 and earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Wisconsin in 2012. After graduation, Dr. Alfaro completed a one year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Veterinary Referral Associates in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He joined the staff of Orange Veterinary Hospital in 2013. While enjoying all aspects of veterinary medicine, Dr. Alfaro's professional interests are general practice and emergency/critical care. In his free time, he enjoys sports, reading, music, and cuisine. He currently has one cat.
