Horrible staff. Rude and offensive. Turned away an elderly man's dog who had surgery
performed by Butzer, who was not eating. Was there for end of life care. Staff was belligerent and turned him away! The rot is from the head down. Only interested in money, not you or your family member. Go somewhere else.
I referred a friend to Clintmore Animal Hospital for grooming services with Alyse because I have been using her for years and my friend was concerned because 9 month puppy had never been groomed . I met her there along with groomer and friend was very specific how she did not want her dog to look . Did not want a poodle cut and must have said that 4 times to groomer . She came back looking like a poodle after she paid her 100.00 she brought puppy home and very unhappy encouraged her to call them and tell them this . She spoke to manger Jorge not only did he excuse her of negliant (so untrue and outlandish ) he also accused of being typical Boca person who wanted something for free !! Beyond insulting and rude . Not only did they lose my business and the business of a referral I would highly recommend for anyone to stay clear of that place. I am embarrassed and feel so bad that I referred a good friend and this is the outcome . Jorge and Alyse should have owned up to their error (we all make them from time to time but instead fabricated stories so she Or they would not be accountable for not listening to customers request . Beyond shameful . I will be letting Dr. Butzer know how his staff handles customers.
