Dear Dr. Scroggins,
On August 28th we had the heartbreaking experience of putting down our beloved cat, Kitty, at West Bay Animal Hospital. The care we received was not only unprofessional but also deeply lacking in compassion. We were promised a keepsake of Kitty’s fur to help our other pets cope with the loss, but this was never provided. What made the situation worse was the treatment we received from your office manager, Dan. His dismissive, condescending attitude showed a complete lack of empathy. He refused to offer any resolution or even acknowledge our concerns, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for a veterinary practice. It is shocking that someone in a position of leadership would act so callously during such an emotional time for us. Dan’s handling of this matter reflects poorly on your entire business and has deeply damaged the trust we had in West Bay Animal Hospital.
We are requesting a full refund for this service, and we expect accountability for Dan’s actions. This experience has not only left us disappointed but has let down the community of pet owners who expect better care from a trusted clinic. We await your prompt response.
