Disappointing ,Neglectful and loot truthful . Took my 5 year old capuchin emotional support animal for a procedure and claimed cardiac arrest , after leaving her and being called back too late saying she was unresponsive . Cremated her without my permission with in 24 hours . Ignored my emails. Text, phone and certified letter .
Didn’t tell me and billed me 30 days later. I don’t know if she died or if any procedure was done.
