This vet is a joke...told me have my dog euthanized 2 years ago but my dog is still alive...then I question why a med price went from $3 to $12 and he goes ballistic like I am clairvoyant and knew that the $3 was a special bargain price..Maybe explain your charges so people know they got a 'discount' but his response is what made so do upset Just curious as to why the prednisone cost increased by 5 times in 9 days...was $3 now $15 for same dose and same number of tabs?? The costs did not increase. The first one was discounted down as a courtesy in an effort to be helpful. I personally did it. The second charge was a standard charge. When you ordered the refill, the pricing was put in as the standard price in the software when Karen put in the quantity. I approved the refill but I didn’t look at the invoice. Karen will process a refund on Monday. You can ask for a written script. I do not mind when people ask for a written script. I’m sorry. I never imagined me discounting it originally would become a problem later. Live and learn. Dr Jones
