Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Allan Bregman completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and received a degree in Animal Science. Upon graduation, he worked for the New York State Diagnostic Laboratory, and then attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Allans clinical year was spent at North Carolina State in Raleigh, North Carolina. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. Currently Allan is The Ethics Chairperson for the New York City Veterinary Medical Association in Brooklyn, New York. He is a member of the Executive Board of the New York State Veterinary Medical Society and represents New York City. Dr. Allan Bregman is the proud owner of two domestic short haired cats: Peanut Butter and Jelly.He is a Category II USDA Accredited Veterinarian and is well versed in performing and documenting International Health Certificates. He is licensed in New York.
