Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Buster joined Eustis Veterinary Hospital in 2014. She is a native Floridian & grew up on a farm in Jennings, FL. She has loved working with animals from a very early age. She began working in the veterinary field in high school when she worked at Huston Veterinary Clinic in Jasper, FL after school and over summers. While on breaks from her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, she would work at Valdosta Veterinary Hospital in Valdosta, GA and ride with the local large animal vet at Alapaha Veterinary Services in Jennings, FL and the surrounding North Florida/South Georgia area. After graduating Valedictorian of the Hamilton County High School class of 1998, Dr. Buster entered the University of Florida's Vet School Early Admissions Program, graduating with her Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, emphasis on Animal Biology with honors in 2001 and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, Cum Laude in 2005. She practiced at Valdosta Veterinary Hospital from 2005-2006 before moving to Orlando where she practiced at the Animal Clinic of Windermere from 2006-2014. Dr. Buster is a member of the AVMA and the CFVMA. Her professional interests include internal medicine, surgery, and oncology. She currently has 1 dog, 7 cats, and a peacock. She has been happily married to her husband, Jeremy, for 8 years. When not caring for her four-legged friends, she likes to camp, fish, crochet and spend time with her hubby and furry kids.
