Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Walton was born in Colorado and raised in Georgia. After graduating high school, she moved to Miami, Florida to attend the University of Miami where she received her Bachelors degree in Marine Biology. While in attendance at the U she was an active member of the Club Volleyball team and volunteered for various events through the Pre-vet society.Dr. Walton earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine after graduating from the University Of Georgia College Of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. During her four years of veterinary school, she was an active member and volunteer of the veterinary fraternity Omega Tau Sigma.Dr. Waltons veterinary interests include surgery, internal medicine and neurology. Outside of the office she loves going to the beach, playing volleyball, swimming, hiking and spending time with her amazing husband and wonderful black lab.Dr. Walton is sincerely invested in providing the highest quality of care for the pets that she treats. She not only wants to make every visit pleasant for the pet but the owner as well. She looks forward to working with and caring for the pets of Brickell
