Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Joell Sheahan is a graduate of the University of Florida (UF) College of Veterinary Medicine with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. She also earned a Bachelors degree in Animal Science from the UF College of Agriculture. Dr. Sheahan is Board Certified in the state of Florida and is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association. She worked in private, corporate, and emergency practice before founding Mobile Vet to Pet Veterinary House Call Service in 2011. Her motivation was to find a way to serve her clients and their pets in a more relaxed and familiar environment. She grew up in South Florida and has lived in Florida most of her life. She now resides in Clermont on a small farm with her husband, three children, two Great Pyrenees (Storm and Rogue), Border Collie Mix (Baby) and her 28 year old Amazon Parrot Rico.
