Pet Owners Beware. Unless you do not have a choice, do not bring your animals to this clinic. After bringing in our dog for 24hr supervision over the weekend due to our primary vet not being able to accommodate, our experience was not a positive one. They were simply supposed to monitor her, administer meds, and call us with updates if her condition worsened. What happened instead was a gambit of charges that exceeded $3,000 for three nights of supervision, a call each day letting us know that our dog was not going to make it, and persistent requests for exploratory procedures that would have added an additional $2,000 to our bill. After checking with our primary vet and being told that wasn't needed, we told them to please just watch her. The night before we picked her up, we received a call at 11:56PM to let us know that we were over our estimate by $200 and could we make a payment. We informed them that it was midnight and would take care of it when we came to pick her up, 7 hours from then. When we picked her up, we were given paperwork showing that we had refused "necessary" treatment and that we did not want to discuss money with them. After getting her back to our vet we found out they kept her drugged up with Benadryl for no apparent reason and that it wasn't part of her care plan. During our time in their office we witnessed another individual who had to have their pet put down and were poorly treated by the staff as well. The front desk staff and Dr. Davis provided the worst vet experience we have ever had. After being told our dog would certainly not make it, she is back home with us two days after going back to her primary vet. I will not, under any circumstances, bring a pet of ours here again. I cannot trust them to have our animals best interests and support.
