Denis is a vet who is AWOL too much. When he is not there, his staff is rude and dismissive. If you complain, the following email from his WIFE is what you can expect to receive:
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Davis, You have made it clear to us that you would like to seek your pets veterinary needs elsewhere after 20 years. To make the transition easier for you, I have attached Peeve and Wildthings medical records. We wish you and your pets the very best.

Denis Bergeron cannot even speak for himself. He has his wife dismiss customers who have been with him for decades. This has to be one of the most unprofessional offices around, and I am not sure he is even aware of it. Come on Denis, get a grip on your business. It's going in the wrong direction. I doubt if Denis Bergeron is even aware of the shenanigans that take place at his animal hospital when he is away.
